String.prototype.startsWith()
The startsWith() method determines whether a string begins with the characters of a specified string, returning true or false as appropriate.
Syntax
startsWith(searchString)
startsWith(searchString, position)
Parameters
searchString- : The characters to be searched for at the start of this string. Cannot be a regex.
positionoptional- : The start position at which
searchStringis expected to be found (the index ofsearchString's first character). Defaults to0.

true if the given characters are found at the beginning of the string; otherwise, false.

Description
This method lets you determine whether or not a string begins with another string. This method is case-sensitive.
